Votre permission sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un consentement \u00e9clair\u00e9 si toutes ces conditions sont r\u00e9unies&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous savez que vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de donner votre permission aux policiers.<\/li>\n<li>Vous comprenez ce qu&#8217;ils vous demandent.<\/li>\n<li>Vous comprenez les cons\u00e9quences possibles si vous leur donnez votre permission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous ne devez permettre \u00e0 la police de fouiller votre personne et vos biens que si vous \u00eates d\u00e9tenu ou arr\u00eat\u00e9. Les policiers doivent vous dire tout de suite qu&#8217;ils vous d\u00e9tiennent ou vous arr\u00eatent.<\/p>\n<p>Si les policiers vous abordent pour une autre raison et vous demandent s&#8217;ils peuvent fouiller votre personne ou vos biens, vous avez le droit de dire non. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez bien avant d&#8217;accepter une fouille si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas d\u00e9tenu ou arr\u00eat\u00e9.
