Si vous portez l&#8217;affaire devant les tribunaux, ces notes vous aideront \u00e0 prouver les faits.<\/p>\n<p>Notez chaque fois que votre employeur vous parle de votre retraite, en indiquant par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la date, l&#8217;heure et le lieu de la conversation;<\/li>\n<li>qui a dit ou fait quoi, comme le patron m&#8217;a dit que \u00ab je devais commencer \u00e0 \u00eatre fatigu\u00e9 de travailler \u00bb;<\/li>\n<li>qui a vu ou entendu ce qui s&#8217;est pass\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>comment vous avez r\u00e9agi sur le coup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Comment conserver vos notes<\/h3>\n<p>Il y a plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de conserver vos notes. Par exemple, vous pouvez :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous envoyer un courriel \u00e0 votre adresse personnelle avec des d\u00e9tails comme ceux mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9crire les d\u00e9tails dans un carnet;<\/li>\n<li>conserver un dossier contenant les copies de courriels ou de lettres, et imprimer ou sauvegarder (p. ex., capture d&#8217;\u00e9cran) les messages et les publications sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux de toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N&#8217;oubliez pas de noter les dates.<\/p>\n<p>Gardez vos notes et documents en lieu s\u00fbr.
