Signez la r\u00e9vocation ou la nouvelle procuration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vous devez signer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&#8217;avis de r\u00e9vocation, soit le document indiquant que vous annulez votre procuration;<\/li>\n<li>votre nouvelle procuration\u00a0relative au soin de la personne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous devez signer votre procuration en pr\u00e9sence de 2 t\u00e9moins, qui doivent aussi signer. Vous devez tous les 3 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents pendant tout le processus.<\/p>\n<p>En mars 2021, la loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9e afin que les procurations puissent \u00eatre attest\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re virtuelle ou \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que les gens peuvent avoir leur procuration attest\u00e9e en personne avec toutes les parties dans la m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce ou \u00e0 distance en utilisant la technologie audiovisuelle. Cela inclut Skype, Zoom, Webex et FaceTime.<\/p>\n<p>Le cabinet d&#8217;avocats <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/hull-hull-llp-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hull &amp; Hull<\/a> (disponible en anglais seulement) dispose d&#8217;une liste de contr\u00f4le pour\u00a0<a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/counterpart-power-of-attorney-execution-checklist-en-anglais-seulement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la signature d&#8217;une procuration<\/a> (disponible en anglais seulement) qui peut vous aider \u00e0 suivre les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de la technologie audiovisuelle, par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous et vos 2 t\u00e9moins devez pouvoir vous voir, vous entendre et vous parler en m\u00eame temps.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;un des t\u00e9moins doit \u00eatre un <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/trouver-un-avocat-ou-un-parajuriste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">avocat ou un parajuriste<\/a> agr\u00e9\u00e9 par le Barreau de l&#8217;Ontario.<\/li>\n<li>Toute personne doit signer, en m\u00eame temps, une copie identique du document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Votre procuration est compos\u00e9e de toutes ces copies.<\/p>\n<h3>Qui peut agir comme t\u00e9moin<\/h3>\n<p>N&#8217;importe qui peut agir comme t\u00e9moin, <strong>sauf <\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>votre conjoint, votre partenaire, votre enfant ou une personne que vous traitez comme tel, y compris l&#8217;enfant d&#8217;un conjoint que vous n&#8217;avez pas adopt\u00e9, mais dont vous r\u00e9pondez aux besoins;<\/li>\n<li>votre procureur, ou son conjoint ou partenaire;<\/li>\n<li>une personne de moins de 18 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-1200399","steps","type-steps","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.9 (Yoast SEO v23.9) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>3.
