Avisez l&#8217;intrus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il y a 2 fa\u00e7ons d&#8217;informer une personne qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;a pas le droit d&#8217;aller sur votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le lui dire directement;<\/li>\n<li>Installer une affiche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Avis verbal ou \u00e9crit<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous voulez que la personne cesse d&#8217;entrer sur votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9, vous pouvez l&#8217;aviser que c&#8217;est interdit. Il sera alors ill\u00e9gal pour la personne d&#8217;y entrer ou d&#8217;y rester.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&#8217;y a pas de formule sp\u00e9ciale \u00e0 respecter. Vous pouvez mettre votre avis par \u00e9crit ou le dire de vive voix. Cela dit, c&#8217;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux de le faire par \u00e9crit, car vous aurez alors une preuve de votre avis si vous allez en cour.<\/p>\n<p>Notez aussi la date et l&#8217;heure auxquelles vous lui donnez l&#8217;avis. Le plus facile est de vous envoyer un courriel tout de suite apr\u00e8s. La date et l&#8217;heure s&#8217;y afficheront automatiquement.<\/p>\n<h3>Installation d&#8217;une affiche<\/h3>\n<p>Votre avis peut aussi prendre la forme d&#8217;une affiche install\u00e9e sur votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9. L&#8217;affiche peut interdire l&#8217;entr\u00e9e ou certaines activit\u00e9s, par exemple promener un chien. Elle doit indiquer clairement que l&#8217;activit\u00e9 n&#8217;est pas permise.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi installer une affiche interdisant le passage sur votre propri\u00e9t\u00e9, peu importe la raison, par exemple \u00ab Entr\u00e9e interdite \u00bb.
