Par exemple, votre permis sera imm\u00e9diatement suspendu si vous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>alliez \u00e0 50 km\/h ou plus au-dessus de la limite de vitesse;<\/li>\n<li>conduisiez imprudemment;<\/li>\n<li>conduisiez avec un taux d&#8217;alcool dans le sang sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0.08 mg\/L;<\/li>\n<li>avez pris la fuite devant la police.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si le juge vous reconna\u00eet coupable d&#8217;avoir d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la limite de plus de 50 km\/h, il peut suspendre votre permis pour 30 jours. Pour une premi\u00e8re d\u00e9claration de culpabilit\u00e9 pour conduite imprudente, il peut le suspendre pour deux ans.
