Suivez le processus de d\u00e9judiciarisation au complet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C&#8217;est le travailleur social judiciaire aupr\u00e8s des personnes ayant des troubles mentaux et la Couronne qui d\u00e9cident quand le processus de d\u00e9judiciarisation est termin\u00e9. Il faut que la Couronne soit convaincue que votre sant\u00e9 s&#8217;est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e suffisamment. Le processus dure environ 6 mois, mais il n&#8217;y a pas de dur\u00e9e fixe.<\/p>\n<p>Il pourrait vous falloir plus de temps si votre progr\u00e8s est lent, ou selon le type d&#8217;accusations port\u00e9es contre vous. Par exemple, si vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9 de voies de fait, la Couronne pourrait vous imposer un processus plus long parce que c&#8217;est un crime violent.<\/p>\n<p>Quand la Couronne juge que vous avez termin\u00e9 le programme, vous retournez devant le tribunal, et la Couronne retire ses accusations. Il n&#8217;y a donc pas de proc\u00e8s ou de condamnation criminelle, et rien n&#8217;est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 votre casier judiciaire. Vous \u00eates libre de partir pour de bon.<\/p>\n<h3>Si vous ne terminez pas le programme<\/h3>\n<p>Vous pourriez \u00eatre retir\u00e9 du programme de d\u00e9judiciarisation si vous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ne suivez pas votre plan;<\/li>\n<li>\u00eates vis\u00e9 par de nouvelles accusations;<\/li>\n<li>ne respectez pas les conditions de votre mise en libert\u00e9 sous caution;<\/li>\n<li>ne vous pr\u00e9sentez pas au tribunal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates retir\u00e9 du programme ou ne pouvez pas le terminer, votre affaire sera renvoy\u00e9e au syst\u00e8me judiciaire ordinaire.
