Renseignez-vous sur les organismes d\u00e9sign\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Ontario compte 243 <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/loi-sur-les-services-en-fran-ais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">organismes d\u00e9sign\u00e9s<\/a>, dont certains h\u00f4pitaux et organismes de sant\u00e9 communautaires. On dit qu&#8217;ils sont \u00ab d\u00e9sign\u00e9s \u00bb parce qu&#8217;ils ont accept\u00e9 de fournir des services en fran\u00e7ais et fait une demande de d\u00e9signation comme fournisseur de services en fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p>Ces services englobent ceux en personne, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, par courriel et par \u00e9crit. Au premier contact, on doit vous donner le choix d&#8217;\u00eatre servi dans la langue officielle de votre choix. Par exemple, on vous r\u00e9pondra avec la formule \u00ab Hello, bonjour \u00bb. C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;on appelle parfois une \u00ab offre active \u00bb de services.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre h\u00f4pital est d\u00e9sign\u00e9, il doit offrir des services en fran\u00e7ais et employer des personnes qui parlent bien cette langue.<\/p>\n<p>Il est possible qu&#8217;il soit enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 ou seulement partiellement. Dans le premier cas, tous ses services doivent \u00eatre offerts en fran\u00e7ais. Dans le deuxi\u00e8me, seuls les services qui figurent dans la d\u00e9signation doivent l&#8217;\u00eatre. Par exemple, un h\u00f4pital pourrait offrir des services administratifs et d&#8217;urgence en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais, mais pas d&#8217;autres, comme la physioth\u00e9rapie.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eame si le fournisseur de soins de sant\u00e9 le plus pr\u00e8s de chez vous n&#8217;est pas un organisme d\u00e9sign\u00e9, vous pouvez lui demander s&#8217;il peut vous servir en fran\u00e7ais.
