Allez \u00e0 votre audience \u00e0 la CLI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N&#8217;oubliez pas que si vous ne signez pas une entente de paiement, vous avez toujours le droit d&#8217;\u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/questions\/housing-law\/comment-se-d\u00e9roule-une-audience-dexpulsion\">entendu<\/a>. \u00c0 l&#8217;audience \u00e0 la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI), vous pouvez fournir vos explications et demander du temps additionnel pour payer le loyer que vous devez.<\/p>\n<p>La loi pr\u00e9cise que si l&#8217;un de vos arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de loyer survient le 17 mars 2020 ou apr\u00e8s, la CLI doit d\u00e9terminer si votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> a tent\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier une entente de paiement avec vous. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas sign\u00e9 l&#8217;entente parce que vous pensiez que le plan de paiement de votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas raisonnable, vous pouvez expliquer ceci lors de l&#8217;audience. Vous devez \u00e9galement indiquer si votre <span class=\"no-glossary\">propri\u00e9taire<\/span> n&#8217;a jamais propos\u00e9 d&#8217;entente ou s&#8217;il a ignor\u00e9 une entente de paiement que vous lui avez propos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez une bonne raison pour laquelle vous n&#8217;avez pas pu payer le loyer \u00e0 temps, vous pouvez demander au membre de la CLI d&#8217;en tenir compte. Par exemple, vous ne pouviez pas payer de loyer parce que vous aviez perdu votre emploi.
