Les audiences en personne sont rares et vous devez faire une demande \u00e0 la CLI pour en obtenir une.<\/p>\n<p>Avant votre audience en ligne, assurez-vous d&#8217;avoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un appareil ou \u00e0 un ordinateur fiable avec une cam\u00e9ra et un microphone;<\/li>\n<li>une connexion Internet ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique stable;<\/li>\n<li>assez de minutes d&#8217;appels, si vous utilisez un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone;<\/li>\n<li>un espace priv\u00e9 o\u00f9 vous vous sentez \u00e0 l&#8217;aise et pouvez parler sans \u00eatre interrompu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par un avocat ou un parajuriste, assurez-vous de l&#8217;informer imm\u00e9diatement si la CLI communique avec vous au sujet d&#8217;une audience.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous recevez un avis, un courriel ou un message au sujet d\u2019une audience de la CLI et que vous n&#8217;avez pas d&#8217;avocat ou de parajuriste, prenez note de la date de votre audience et du num\u00e9ro de dossier de la CLI. Ensuite, essayez d&#8217;obtenir de l&#8217;assistance juridique imm\u00e9diatement. Vous pouvez communiquer avec votre <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/community-legal-clinics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clinique juridique communautaire de votre localit\u00e9<\/a>.
