Vous devez aussi signer votre demande devant lui.<\/p>\n<p>Le commissaire peut \u00eatre\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un avocat de l&#8217;Ontario;<\/li>\n<li>un juge provincial ou un juge de paix;<\/li>\n<li>un membre de l&#8217;Assembl\u00e9e l\u00e9gislative de l&#8217;Ontario;<\/li>\n<li>un secr\u00e9taire, un secr\u00e9taire adjoint ou un tr\u00e9sorier municipal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Certains centres ServiceOntario peuvent certifier votre demande.
