Demandez \u00e0 la CLI de reporter l&#8217;audience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Remplissez la <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/demande-de-modification-de-la-date-d-une-audience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Demande de modification de la date d&#8217;une audience<\/a> de la Commission de la location immobili\u00e8re (CLI). Si le locateur et les autres parties ont dit oui au report de l&#8217;audience et que vous avez leur consentement par \u00e9crit, joignez-le au formulaire. Dans le formulaire, vous devez aussi indiquer\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les raisons pour lesquelles vous souhaitez faire changer la date de l&#8217;audience;<\/li>\n<li>une liste de toutes les dates auxquelles vous, le locateur, les autres parties, vos t\u00e9moins ou vos repr\u00e9sentants ne <strong>serez pas<\/strong> disponibles dans les 90\u00a0jours suivant la date d&#8217;audience initiale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si votre locateur et les autres parties refusent de reporter l&#8217;audience, vous devrez pr\u00e9senter une tr\u00e8s bonne raison pour demander un changement de la date fix\u00e9e par la CLI, par exemple un rendez-vous m\u00e9dical important que vous ne pouvez pas faire reporter. La CLI sera plus dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 changer la date si c&#8217;est pour une raison qui ne d\u00e9pend pas de vous.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez des documents qui prouvent que vous ne pouvez pas \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la date d&#8217;audience initiale, joignez-les au formulaire de demande.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le formulaire d\u00fbment rempli et sign\u00e9, envoyez-le \u00e0 la CLI\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>par courriel \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:LTB@ontario.ca\">LTB@ontario.ca<\/a>,<\/li>\n<li>par la poste ou par service de messagerie au bureau de la CLI le plus pr\u00e8s de chez vous,<\/li>\n<li>par t\u00e9l\u00e9copie au 1\u00a0833\u00a0610-2242 ou au 416\u00a0326-6455,<\/li>\n<li>en ligne, par le <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/portail-de-tribunaux-decisionnels-ontario-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Portail de Tribunaux d\u00e9cisionnels Ontario<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"resource-shortcode \"><a class=\"resource-box resource-shortcode bordered document-fr has-image\" href=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/How-to-make-a-Tribunals-Ontario-Portal-account-fr-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-id= 1269219 data-type=\"resource\"><div class=\"img-box\" ><img src = \"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/How-to-make-a-Tribunals-Ontario-Portal-account-fr-final.pdf.png\" alt = \"\" ><\/div ><div class=\"text-box\"><div class=\"title-box\"><p class=\"resource-title\">Comment cr\u00e9er un compte sur le portail Tribunaux d\u00e9cisionnels Ontario<\/p><p class=\"author\">CLEO<\/p><span class=\"icon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"style-svg1189722\" src=\"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/icon-document.svg\" alt=\"icon-document.svg\"\/><\/span><\/div><p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Utilisez cette fiche-conseil pour cr\u00e9er un compte<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Il doit parvenir \u00e0 la CLI au plus tard <strong>5 jours<\/strong> avant la date de l&#8217;audience. Si vous envoyez le formulaire par courriel, n&#8217;oubliez pas d&#8217;indiquer le num\u00e9ro de votre dossier de la CLI dans la ligne d&#8217;objet.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devriez aussi envoyer une copie du formulaire au locateur et aux autres parties nomm\u00e9es dans votre demande.<\/p>\n<h3>Cas d&#8217;urgence<\/h3>\n<p>Il se peut que l&#8217;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de cinq jours pour soumettre votre Demande de modification de la date d&#8217;une audience soit d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9e. Par exemple\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deux jours avant l&#8217;audience, vous apprenez le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d&#8217;un membre de votre famille proche.<\/li>\n<li>Vous \u00eates hospitalis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s un accident grave.<\/li>\n<li>Vous vous occupez d&#8217;un membre de votre parent\u00e9 tr\u00e8s malade, et le fournisseur de soins qui devait vous remplacer se d\u00e9commande \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En cas d&#8217;urgence <strong>avant<\/strong> votre audience, vous devriez <strong>quand m\u00eame envoyer<\/strong> une Demande de modification de la date d&#8217;une audience \u00e0 la CLI. Expliquez dans le formulaire pourquoi vous n&#8217;avez pas pu respecter l&#8217;\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de cinq\u00a0jours. Joignez toute preuve appuyant vos raisons.<\/p>\n<p>Si l&#8217;urgence survient <strong>le jour de votre audience<\/strong>, appelez la CLI au 1\u00a0888\u00a0332-3234<br \/>\nle plus t\u00f4t possible. Il n&#8217;est pas garanti que vous arriverez \u00e0 joindre la CLI au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
