Voici des exemples de questions \u00e0 poser au m\u00e9decin ou au professionnel de la sant\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quel est le nom du traitement? Pourquoi la personne en a-t-elle besoin?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qui va la traiter?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quand et o\u00f9 sera-t-elle trait\u00e9e?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les effets secondaires? Quelle est la probabilit\u00e9 que la personne en ait?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quels sont les risques si la personne ne re\u00e7oit pas le traitement?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenez les r\u00e9ponses en note. Vous pouvez aussi demander au m\u00e9decin ou au professionnel de la sant\u00e9 la permission d\u2019enregistrer la discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand vous prenez une d\u00e9cision sur un traitement, il est possible que la personne concern\u00e9e ne soit pas en \u00e9tat de comprendre vos explications. Vous pourrez toutefois consulter vos notes ou l\u2019enregistrement pour lui donner des explications plus tard, si vous en avez l\u2019occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-decisions-que-vous-pouvez-prendr-e\">D\u00e9cisions que vous pouvez prendr<strong>e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous devez informer le m\u00e9decin ou le professionnel de la sant\u00e9 de votre d\u00e9cision. Vous devez aussi en informer la personne concern\u00e9e, si elle est en \u00e9tat de comprendre vos explications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9cider&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u2019accepter le traitement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de refuser le traitement, ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de faire arr\u00eater le traitement s\u2019il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne concern\u00e9e et le m\u00e9decin ou le professionnel de la sant\u00e9 doivent respecter votre d\u00e9cision, m\u00eame s\u2019ils ne sont pas d\u2019accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9decin ou le professionnel de la sant\u00e9 peut refuser de l\u2019appliquer uniquement s\u2019il croit que vous n\u2019avez pas suivi les r\u00e8gles.
