D\u00e9terminez si vous \u00eates couvert par la Loi sur les normes d&#8217;emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Loi sur les normes d&#8217;emploi (LNE) de l&#8217;Ontario pr\u00e9voit des r\u00e8gles de base que les employeurs doivent respecter, notamment celles concernant les cong\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette loi ne couvre pas tous les emplois et, parfois, ne s&#8217;applique qu&#8217;en partie.<\/p>\n<p>Consultez la page&nbsp;<a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/secteurs-et-emplois-qui-ont-des-exemptions-ou-des-r-gles-sp-ciales-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">Secteurs et emplois qui ont des exemptions ou des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9ciales<\/a> sur le site du minist\u00e8re du Travail pour savoir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si votre emploi est couvert par la LNE;<\/li>\n<li>si oui, quelles r\u00e8gles s&#8217;appliquent \u00e0 vous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous pouvez aussi appeler le Centre d&#8217;information sur les normes d&#8217;emploi du Minist\u00e8re, au 1&nbsp;800&nbsp;531-5551. Pour l&#8217;ATS: composez le: 1&nbsp;866&nbsp;567-8893.<\/p>\n<h3>Lois sur les droits de la personne<\/h3>\n<p>Si la LNE ne s&#8217;applique pas \u00e0 votre emploi, vous pourriez quand m\u00eame avoir droit \u00e0 des cong\u00e9s selon les lois ontariennes sur les droits de la personne.
