{"id":1277668,"date":"2026-02-12T15:34:18","date_gmt":"2026-02-12T20:34:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/steps\/\/5-get-a-decision\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T14:46:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T18:46:16","slug":"5-get-a-decision","status":"publish","type":"steps","link":"https:\/\/stepstojustice.ca\/fr\/steps\/immigration\/5-get-a-decision\/","title":{"rendered":"5.\u00a0Obtenir une d\u00e9cision"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Une fois votre demande soumise, vous pouvez en v\u00e9rifier le traitement <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/tat-de-la-demande-du-client-1\/\" target=\"_blank\">en ligne<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9m\u00e9nagez ou changez d\u2019adresse, de num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou de coordonn\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la soumission de votre demande, indiquez-le \u00e0 Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada (IRCC) \u00e0 l\u2019aide du <a href=\"\/fr\/resource\/mettre-a-jour-votre-demande-ou-vous-informer-a-son-sujet-modifier-ou-mettre-a-jour-vos-coordonnees\/\" target=\"_blank\">formulaire Web<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Demande approuv\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Si IRCC approuve votre demande, votre carte de r\u00e9sident permanent (RP) sera normalement envoy\u00e9e par la poste. \u00c0 noter qu\u2019IRCC n\u2019envoie les cartes qu\u2019\u00e0 des adresses au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>IRCC pourrait aussi vous demander de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer votre carte \u00e0 l\u2019un de ses bureaux. Pour ce faire, vous aurez besoin&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de votre passeport ou d\u2019un autre document de voyage;<\/li>\n<li>des documents originaux des copies soumises dans votre demande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Demande refus\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Si IRCC refuse votre demande, vous devez <a href=\"\/fr\/questions\/immigration\/ou-puis-je-obtenir-des-conseils-juridiques-pour-un-statut\/\">demander de l\u2019assistance juridique<\/a>.
