Cette liste doit inclure tous les logements vis\u00e9s par ces avis, pas seulement le v\u00f4tre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Votre propri\u00e9taire doit lister toutes les formules\u00a0N12 et N13 qu\u2019il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es, m\u00eame s\u2019il n\u2019a jamais demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la CLI de vous expulser apr\u00e8s les avoir \u00e9mises.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez pr\u00e9senter cette liste comme preuve \u00e0 l\u2019audience si vous croyez qu\u2019elle d\u00e9montre que votre propri\u00e9taire n\u2019a pas l\u2019intention d&#8217;emm\u00e9nager dans votre logement.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous remarquez que le propri\u00e9taire a omis certains avis de cette liste, mentionnez-le \u00e0 l\u2019audience. Avant l\u2019audience, rassemblez des preuves pour montrer \u00e0 la CLI qu\u2019un avis est manquant.
