Answer

The Federal Court of Appeal has suspended all hearings between March 16, 2020 and April 17, 2020. This suspension was recently extended to May 29, 2020. But the court will hear urgent matters by teleconference. And the court still expects you to meet some of the filing deadlines. Talk to your lawyer about how this will affect your case.
