Answer

The Federal Court cancelled all regular Judicial Review hearings in March, 2020. The court recently announced that it will not hold in-person hearings until July 13, 2020. Timelines for filing documents and taking other procedural steps at Federal court have been extended to June 29, 2020.

Talk to your lawyer about how this will affect your case. The court will hear both urgent and non-urgent matters by teleconference. Ask your lawyer if they should ask the Court to schedule a teleconference for your case.
