Answer

The Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) offices have re-opened to receive mail, including Basis of Claim (BOC) forms and other evidence to support your refugee claim. On June 19, 2020, the IRB announced that in-person refugee hearings will start again on August 3, 2020. The IRB will contact you or your legal representative to schedule your refugee hearing. They will give you at least 30 days notice before setting a new hearing date for you.
