Answer

In response to COVID-19, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has made several announcements about its procedure changes. These changes affect all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). Information is changing quickly. Check the links for updates and speak to your lawyer or legal representative. IRCC says it will be flexible with deadlines during this crisis and that they will continue to process applications.

IRCC’s call centre will not be answering phone calls until April 2, 2020. You can still call to get recorded information and to check the status of your application. Use IRCC's web form to ask questions or to provide information.
