I disagree with an ODSP decision. What can I do?
If you disagree with a decision about from the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), you may be able to appeal to the (SBT).
To appeal means that you ask the SBT to decide that the decision is wrong.
The SBT is not part of ODSP and has the power to make a different decision.
Before you start your appeal, make sure you:
- follow the rules about first asking for an internal review
- read about what kinds of decisions can be appealed
