Landlord and Tenant Board Payment Agreement Form Tool

This is what the Landlord and Tenant Board’s Payment Agreement form looks like.

Starting July 1, 2026, you must use this form if you owe rent and you have a payment agreement with your landlord to settle an L1 or L9 application.

Click on the in section 4 of the form for important information you need to know before you sign.

After you and your landlord sign this form, you must send it to the LTB by email, mail, or using your Tribunals Ontario Portal (TOP) account.
