1. Gather supporting documents

You must provide evidence of a material change in circumstance. A material change in circumstance is a significant change in your life that affects your bail plan. For example:

• a change in your work or living conditions
• a new person willing to present themselves as a surety
• outstanding charges against you have been resolved

You will be more likely to have your request for a bail review approved if you have supporting documents that show the material change in circumstance. For example, if an outstanding charge against you has been resolved, you should include an information that shows that the charge is no longer active.
