2. Give a copy of your Application for Review to your employer and the Director of Employment Standards

Before you give your application to the Labour Board, you have to give your employer a copy of:

You can do this in person, or by courier, fax, or mail.

You also have to give a copy of your completed Application for Review to the Director of Employment Standards at the Ministry of Labour

You can do this in person, or by courier, fax, mail, or email. Use the delivery address listed in the Application for Review form.

To prove that you've done all this, you must complete the Certificate of Delivery in the Application for Review form that you sign.
