- if your situation is discrimination
- if there are things you can do so your employer will you
- if you can make a claim with the of Ontario
- what you need to prove that your employer discriminated against you

Community legal clinics provide free legal services to people with low incomes.

You might also be able to get legal help from Pro Bono Ontario. You can call them for 30 minutes of free legal advice.
Human Rights Legal Support Centre
The Human Rights Legal Support Centre has information to help you figure out:
- whether to make a claim with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
- what might help you prove that an employer discriminated against you
