What laws apply to me as a worker?If you have an injury or disease that's related to your job, you can apply for benefits. The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) decides if you can get these benefits.

If you cannot get workers’ compensation
Your type of work may not be covered by workers' compensation. But you may be able to take your employer or someone else to court to get payments for your lost and expenses from your injury. Get legal advice if this applies to you.
