1. File online

You can now most family law forms and supporting documents using the Family Submissions Online Portal.

Naming documents

Documents submitted electronically must have the following information in this order:

  1. the type of document and form number, for example Application Form 8, Financial statement Form 13.1, Case Conference Brief Form 17A
  2. whether you are the “Applicant” or “APP” for short, or “Respondent” or “RESP” for short
  3. your name
  4. the date the document was signed or created as DD-MMM-YYYY

Here are some examples:

Application Form 8 – Applicant – A. Smith – 05-JUL-2021

Answer Form 10 – Respondent – B. Smith – 30-JUL-2021
