1. Try to give proper notice

If you want to end your tenancy and move out, check the notice requirements for your type of tenancy: monthly tenancy, weekly or daily tenancy, or fixed-term tenancy. If you have time to give enough notice, this is safer than trying to get evicted on purpose.
