Online: You can file your application online using the Tribunals Ontario Portal. by mail as well. To pay the fee, you will need to give the LTB your credit card or debit card information. Make sure you see confirmation on your screen that the LTB has received your application.

After the LTB processes your application, they will send a Notice of Hearing and a copy of your application to your landlord.
You should start preparing for the hearing as soon as possible. It is important to be fully prepared for your hearing. You only get one chance. If you are not prepared or are missing important , the LTB probably won't let you come back another day.
