How do I make a claim to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario?If you apply to the HRTO after June 1, 2025, you must attend a before your hearing.
If you applied to the HRTO before June 1, 2025, the HRTO will ask you to try mediation, but you do not have to do it.
