Services in Ontario
Energy contracts
Ontario Energy Board
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) answers questions about contracts for electricity and natural gas. The OEB also helps with the following types of complaints against licensed energy retailers:
- disconnected service
- not being billed correctly for services
- an inaccurate utility meter
- and other problems with your account
The OEB does not help with complaints against energy retailers who are not licensed.
