About Human Rights Guided Pathways

CLEO’s Human Rights Guided Pathways are free online interviews that can help you fill out an application to make a complaint to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario if you experienced discrimination or harassment.

The pathways ask you questions and put your answers in the forms you need. When you’re finished, you can save or print your documents. You’ll also get instructions about what to do next.

Make a human rights complaint

Use to make an application to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario if you experienced discrimination or harassment.

Using the pathway

It can take between 1 to 4 hours to complete the pathway, depending on your situation.

You can sign up to create an account or use the pathway as a guest. If you choose not to create an account, the system will time out after 1 hour of inactivity. You must create an account if you want to save your work on the system, or use the other pathways.

Any personal information that you enter into the pathways is confidential. CLEO will not give your personal information to anyone unless you ask us to do this. Read more in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
