ARCH Disability Law Centre
Legal Aid Ontario funds ARCH to offer legal services to people with disabilities who have a low income. They will also give some advice to anyone with a disability who contacts them. ARCH’s work focuses on the areas of abuse, accessibility laws, attendant services, legal capacity, discrimination, education, and employment.

The tribunal makes decisions on appeals about Ontario Works (OW) and the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). It’s not part of OW or ODSP and can decide that an OW or ODSP decision is wrong.

The hotline can give you 30 minutes of free legal help and advice over the telephone on civil law matters, which include:
- employment
- housing
- consumer issues
- Powers of Attorney
- corporate law for charities, non-profits, and small businesses
It doesn’t help with family law or criminal law problems.
The hotline generally accepts calls Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
