In Toronto, the Justice Services Online portal closes on October 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The new Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP) opens on October 14 to file documents for:
- Civil proceedings
- Small Claims Court
- Family Court
Between October 4 and October 16, documents must be filed in person at the court.
