What are my options if I was discriminated against at work?

Workplace harassment and discrimination are against the law in Ontario. It does not matter who does it. It can be your direct supervisor or another worker in your workplace. Your employer must also do their best to accommodate you, for example, if you now use a wheelchair and need changes to your workspace.
