Talk to the CAS worker or their supervisor
Question & Answer
How do I complain about a CAS worker?Sometimes, you can work things out directly with the (CAS) worker or their supervisor.
For example, if you think that the CAS worker isn't listening to you, you can ask to meet with them so that you can sit down and talk to them about your concerns. If you prefer, you can ask to meet with their supervisor.
It's a good idea to write down your concerns. Try to be specific about why you think you aren't being treated fairly. Write down what was said, who was there, and the date it happened.
If you have a meeting, take notes during or after the meeting so you remember what happened. This will help you later on if you still feel that your concerns haven't been dealt with fairly.
