How do I get a pardon for a cannabis conviction?You're eligible to apply for a for possession of cannabis convictions if:
- you were only of simple possession of cannabis for personal use (not possession with intent to traffic or any other offences), or
- you completed any jail or part of your . You're still eligible if you haven't paid the related fines or victim surcharges, but the government might still try to collect those fines from you even if you get a record suspension
