Contact the Human Rights Legal Support Centre
Question & Answer
Where can I get help and advice about my rights as a worker? If you think you've been discriminated against at work, you can contact the Human Rights Legal Support Centre (HRLSC) for free legal advice and information.
The HRLSC can help you figure out:
- whether to make a claim with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
- what might help you prove that an employer discriminated against you
Sometimes the HRLSC can help people apply to the Tribunal. They might also represent people at Tribunal mediations or hearings.
