3. Check if the LTB has rescheduled the hearing

If the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) agrees to change the hearing date, they should send a notice with the new hearing date to you, your landlord, and all other parties involved. But sometimes the LTB doesn't send it, or you might not get the notice before the original hearing date.

So it's important to contact the LTB to find out if they changed the hearing date. You can call the LTB at 1-888-332-3234. Or you can email the LTB at LTB@ontario.ca. Remember to put your file number in the subject line of your email.
