4. File your papers with the LTB

What if my landlord got an eviction order without a hearing?You must your Form S2, and your Request to Extend Deadline form if you need one, with the (LTB).
There are different ways to file your forms:
Online: Since this is an urgent matter, it's best to use the Tribunals Ontario Portal. Make sure you see the confirmation on your screen that the LTB has received your documents.

By email: You can file by email to ltb@ontario.ca.
By mail or courier: You can file by mail or courier. This process takes more time, usually several business days.
In person: You can file at some ServiceOntario Centres. They mail your documents to the LTB, so it takes more time, usually several business days.
