Guided Pathway to file your support agreement for enforcement

CLEO’s Guided Pathway for filing your support agreement for enforcement is for people in family court who want to enforce support in a separation agreement, marriage contract, cohabitation agreement, or paternity agreement.

You must file Form 26B with the court if you want the Family Responsibility Office’s help in getting child support or spousal support payments. It can’t be used to enforce orders about decision-making responsibility, parenting time, or any other type of financial support.
