5. Getting help with RGI housing

Contact your local service manager if you are having trouble with the rent-geared-to-income (RGI) form. You can also call 211 or visit the 211 website to find community services in your area that can help you.

It's a good idea to get legal help if:

  • the removes you from the waitlist
  • the service manager says you aren't eligible for RGI housing
  • you are fighting an eviction from RGI housing

If you have a low income, you can get free legal help at your local community legal clinic.
