The Human Rights Legal Support Centre has information to help you figure out:
- whether to make a claim with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
- what might help you prove that an employer discriminated against you

Community legal clinics
Community legal clinics provide free legal services to people with low incomes.
There are also specialty clinics that:
- help specific groups, for example, older adults, people living with HIV, and people with disabilities
- deal with a specific area of law, for example, and workers' health and safety
