4. Appeal to the Federal Court of Appeal

You can a judgment of the Tax Court of Canada to the Federal Court of Appeal, but only for certain reasons.

To find out if you can file or make an appeal, you must contact the Federal Court of Appeal at:

If you can appeal, you must file an application within 30 days of the date when the Tax Court of Canada made its judgment. The months of July and August are not part of the 30 days.
