5. Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada

You can a judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. But you must first get the Supreme Court's permission to appeal.

To ask the Court for permission to hear your appeal, you must file the Application for Leave to Appeal within 60 days of the date of the Federal Court of Appeal's judgment. The month of July is not part of the 60 days.
