What if my landlord says they can evict me without an LTB order?It's a good idea to get legal help as soon as you can. Sometimes a letter or phone call from a lawyer or legal worker can get a landlord to change their behaviour. You might also need help if your landlord decides to start the eviction process.
There are ways to get legal help even if you can’t afford a lawyer. For example, you might be able to get help from a community legal clinic.
